How to Track Your Package

Simply enter the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email on the carrier's website to check the latest delivery status of your order.

When Will I Receive My Tracking Number?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Your tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Information Not Updating?

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped. If there is no movement right away, please check again later — it may still be in transit.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: Usually delivered within 8–18 business days, including processing and shipping time.

Express Shipping: Usually delivered within 6–13 business days, including processing and shipping time.
